I bought my Nautilus treadmill T516 back in mid-September.
Usage: three miles in the morning and three in the evening, six days a week.
After using the treadmill for about a week, he started to get really bad grinding noise every time I stepped on them (like the creak of a wooden staircase, so it can be used). The operation of the treadmill was never questioned, only the terrible grinding noise bother me, it was a new treadmill. Nautilus I contacted and have suggested that I spread the floor board. After explaining that I had done that with a silicone spray lubricant then suggested that I replace the entire card operation and a rubber cushion / cushion under the table or because I had just bought on Amazon, get a replacement from Amazon.
I decided to get the belt back to Amazon and substituted a new one. Amazon sent me a new treadmill in a week, excellent service from Amazon.
